The wording “permanent” makes this seem more extreme than what the process really is about. It’s more or so semi-permanent until you need to remove or take it off. This means I use a small jump ring instead of a clasp to close your fully customized piece of jewelry. Using a small machine, a small electrical current (I promise this doesn’t hurt at all!) I “zap” the jump ring permanently closing the loop!  The process takes less than minutes to complete.  The hardest part is picking from the selection of chains and charms.

YES! We have added 14k gold options for our chains! As of right now we have four different styles: paperclip, 1+1 (one long one short link), satellite (chain and then a small gold bead, and rectangle elongated box.

ANYONE! I have made matching best friend bracelets, anklets for 3 year olds, even a his and hers gold & silver bracelets. 

All of our chains are 14k-24k gold filled or sterling silver. Now we have full 14k gold chains available. This means they will not tarnish or cause any skin reactions. You can pick if you want a bracelet, anklet or necklace! I spent MONTHS finding a wholesaler I could trust to only give me the BEST available chains.  All new chains are worn and tested for quality!

Since we only use gold filled or sterling silver jewelry the answer is yes! This can be cleaned while wearing and shouldn’t tarnish or “rub” away with continued wear. You can shower, swim, clean, and do anything else you would normally!

All chains are chains can be cleaned with a soft toothbrush and some dish soap. You can also use a dry jewelry cleaning wipe or polishing cloth to keep your jewelry looking shiny and clean!

All chains are either FULL 14k gold, gold filled or sterling silver. I can not guarantee that you will not have a reaction to the jewelry, but most will not. This is not plated jewelry that will turn or rust quickly. However Linked Jewelry is not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities once you purchase. You know your body best and should make your decision with any allergies or sensitivities in mind. 

If you need to take the piece off for sports, a procedure, emergency, ANYTHING - just bring the piece to my next event for me to put it back on free of charge. This especially goes if for some reason your piece breaks or falls off! Clasps are also available for anyone that wants to be apart of the special process but can’t commit to wearing one piece all the time. 

Due to the nature of the product, once the chain is cut I can not offer any exchanges. I will also cut the chain slightly looser so we can size down rather than cut shorter.

Refunds will only be offered if the jewelry falls off within the first 24 hours. You must email me a picture of the jewelry and the jump ring to show the defect in the weld. I do pull on each weld prior to being finished to make sure the jump ring is fully closed, but mistakes happen. However this is FINE jewelry and should be treated like any other jewelry you wear. This jewelry can still get caught on clothing, items, body parts etc and break. For anything after the 24 hours, the only option will be for me to re-weld your piece back together at another event. 

Right now if you host a private party, the party planner with get 20% off of their total purchase!  If this is for a bachelorette, bridal or baby shower, the guest of honor will get a FREE bracelet.
